As Rockaria said in the previous post, there is a 24-hour taxi service from the airport. At the Arrivals Lounge there is a taxi booth and this displays fixed prices for various routes. From the airport to Sliema the price is Euro 20.35. However, should you wish to book a taxi during your visit do try to negiotiate a price, as Rockaria suggested.
