That makes no sense at all. There's a huge imbalance between an upgradable weapon that has a mod and mutator slot and bare fists that have nothing. I don't know what the devs were thinking. According to a quick search that's pretty much it. Claw weapons do not count.
From United Kingdom. Posted December 11, 2020. Every icon in the street brawler perk tree shows some sort of fist, but when reading the descriptions they are always related to "blunt weapons". The progression of Street Brawler itself gives extra damage to Gorilla Arms, but Gorilla Arms are not blunt weapons as per the ingame description.
