For the free weekend they didn't give the full version of the game. Instead they made the trial version as the full game (maybe they removed the trial restrictions for the time being) but if you played it during that time the game is conflicted if you have the trial or full. So it lets you play the full game but has other restrictions such as

I bought the game on disc today and installed it and now that it’s installed when I hover over the game it says FAR CRY 6 FREE TRIAL. Is anyone else having the same thing happen? Thanks. This thread is archived.

I think the game would have really benefited if they implemented the parkour system from Assassin's Creed to Far Cry, because the character felt slow and clunky. Overall, the game for free or for 20 dollars/euros is a game worth playing if you enjoyed any other previous Far Cry games, if you didn't then skip this also.
